Error event 4228:
TCP/IP has chosen to restrict the scale factor due to a network condition. This could be related to a problem in a network device and will cause degraded throughput.

Hyper x kingston ssd
Alfa awus051nh wireless adapter
550 antec basiq power supply
Seagate 1tb backup plus

Sounds like a router restricted thing or QOS or something. If youre in a university or something
