Teaching a class on IT, Need some ideas..

I work at an engineering plant doing IT work, and me and my boss have been asked to teach a class in IT to high school students. Our time with the students will be 5-7 days, at 60 minutes a day.

As far as what we can teach them or show them, i have no idea.

I would like to keep it simple, and possibly do something hands on that they would enjoy doing.

Group size could be anywhere from 2-12 people.

Have access to a lot of the basic IT stuff, so throw in any suggestions/ideas!

First of all start from basic level topics and then gradually move towards average and then to advance topics. Also try to become friendly with the students so that they do not feel hesitate in asking questions or clearing doubts.
