Team Xtream XS3 (120 Gb) ssd low writing speeds

Hello, i have been using Team Xtream XS3 (120 Gb) ssd for 4 years.

Mb: Asrock Z77 Extreme 4
Windows 10 home 64 bit
Team Xtream XS3 120 Gb (550 Reading/500 Writing)

My current operating system is Win 10 Home 64 bit. My problem is when i benchmarked my ssd with Crystal DiskMark 5 (i chose 1 gb) on the first line readind speed was 365.1 Mb and writing speed was 118.5 Mb. After that i chose 500 Mb in benchmark and tested again. This time reading speed was 417.2 Mb and writing speed was 104 Mb. How can i improve my results?

Full specs on that drive are tough to come by. I did find a Team XS3 120GB benchmarked here: http://ssd.userbenchmark.com/SpeedTest/151122/TEAM--XS3-SSD
This shows the Read and write are a little higher than what you are getting but not insanely so and are within the range I would expect.
I do not know if Team Group made another version that is faster and called it Xtream?
