Question White vertical lines in game/image cleaning error ?

I've trying to setup my LG45GR95 and just noticed in BFV there are vertical lines in white snow scenario. Is this a faulty panel or should I try something.
I did run the image cleaner once before I noticed this, dont know if I messed it up since it went to power saving mode and I pressed the keyboard after 25min and I was back in desktop and the text was all blurry. Rebooted to windows after that.
Also I get blurry text/image on gamer 1, and overall brightness is very low. Im totally lost if the panel is just faulty or user errors.
Cant seem to get one decent setup with any modes.

Do you see the issue on one title or on other titles as well? If it's specific to the BFV, them the game might be at fault. If the issue is spread across all titles, then the issue might be drivers.

You sure you didn't mean to say horizontal lines? I don't see vertical lines, unless I'm looking the snow covered peaks in the distance and I see 3 white lines from right to left/left to right.
