News Teamgroup unveils 16TB external SSD with speeds up to 1.8 GB/s — T-CREATE EXPERT P32 stores up to 672 minutes of 4K 120 FPS N-RAW video files

I will get it if it can deliver that speed via a TB 4 port on my motherboard. I have two. The problem is that 20 Gbps USB C 3.2 2x2 ports are rare (even on the expensive ASUS Dark Pro board that I have), so the drive needs to get that speed via TB 4 ports, which are very common now. The problem is that most of these new USB C 3,2 2X2 SSDs do not get 20 Gbps and back throttle to 10 Gbps 3.2 speed unless connected directly to nonexistent 3.2 2x2 ports. For some reason, TB4 which is compatible with USB 4 will not connect at speed to 3.2 2x2 drives but throttle back.
It is strange because TB 4 is directly compatible with USB 4, and USB 4 should be backwards compatible to USB 3.2 and 3.2 2x2 drives.
This whole USB 3.2 2x2 (20 Gbps) SSD thing is a problem.
