Tearing even Freesync is on

I have Ryzen 2200G, and Freesync monitor

I set refresh rate to 75hz, and freesync on in radeon adrenaline and monitor setting, vsync off

but screen tearing keep occurring when i play a game

anyone can solve this?

Is your framerate higher than 75 FPS? FreeSync only works when your framerate is below your monitor's refresh rate.

no its below 75, maybe because of freesync, fps is locked at 74, and some games at 60. but when i turn on VSync, screen tearing won't occurred

but still when freesync is on and fps is below 75, screen tearing keep occurring, so what does freesync function? VSync work better than freesync here

does frresync really work?
