TECH: F-14 Slings Not Working

Just picked up an F-14. Everything on the game is working except the
left anf right slings and the bottom 2 displays. I ordered the manual
but have not received it yet. Can someone point me in the right
direction to troubleshoot this? The wiring and diodes are correct on
the coils and the coils are not bad. The bottom switch will score but
when I press the top switches together, I get nothing. Thanks in
advance for any help you can give.

1 sling maybe but 2 most not likely This is a board problem. Why? ,
Get a piece of wire about
1 foot hold it to ground with the insert door open and the cpu visible
the upper right corner in attract mode is fine. where the relay is you
will see six transistors touch the wire on each transistor heat sink
and the corrisponding coil will energize the slings are driven by two
of these transistors.this test also works with the lower left 16 coil
drive and #89 lamp drive transistors does not work for the lower right
(*lamp) They work now? board problem.........

Follow the wires around and see if you have a broken wire somewhere else not
letting the top switches work. LTG
