If your laptop still functions and you're on the latest BIOS for your rebranded Toshiba device, I'd suggest using CPU-Z and GPU-Z to see what GPU's you've got on your platform. You can also scope out what Device Manager lists your display adapters as.

You could try and shoot us a screenshot of the BIOS version for your laptop as well.

The lappy works fine. CPU_Z & GPU-Z tell me nothing new .They just state what software is installed.
In Device manager it states as driver: Intel Hd graphics v 20.19.15.5070.( 2018 driver)
On un-installing, it keeps re-installing the same driver.
The bios is v3.1 and EC is v1,10,
What i am looking for is a driver to bring the screen resolution up to specs

No sticker anywhere. The battery "cover" consists of the whole bottom of the laptop, which I did remove, but no info , other than battery details.
The bios states no info re screen resolution.
I already checked these items before I asked for help in this forum.
