For some reason, any online game I play, regardless of what game it is: L4D, Chivalry, etc. As long as I play online lately I'm getting issues where my character will teleport every few seconds.

My internet tests say these is my stats:
DOWNLOAD SPEED: 108.21Mbps
UPLOAD SPEED: 23.25Mbps
PACKET LOSS: 0%
LATENCY: 30ms
JITTER: 1ms

Eeriely another issue I'm having is that this is only happening on my desktop machine. none of my other devices are having lag issues. I'm really confused as my desktop is my more powerful machine and I haven't had any problems until today. Does anyone know what might be the cause of this problem?

Solution
If no other machine is being affected then it is likely some machine issue and not the network. I would run the resource monitor and see if anything stands out at the points you get the lag. Very strange things can cause this. I have seen people complain about this and changing video settings fixed it. Game programs put a lot of load on a machine in various ways and any if anything delays the ability of the computer to get around to the network data it will appear as lag

Sorry if I sounded a bit snarky, but a dirty keyboard is a serious possibility.
You seem to have no internet issues, so that would not seem to be the issue.
None of your other devices are doing this.

How do teleports happen? Generally a keypress.
Maybe your keyboard is sending spurious signals.

Or you have a faulty game install.

LOL!!

This could be caused by tons of issues. USAF is sort of right... even having a dusty computer can cause an issue like this. I recommend checking temps on your CPU/GPU as well, as too high of temps might cause issues. Seriously, the most random stuff you can think of may affect game performance.
