What is a bad temperature for a CPU after overclocking?

I have an AMD FX 6300 six core CPU. What temp and voltage should it be running at with

I have my fx 6300 running at 4.4Ghz with power saving features on (since I got it stable). Im pretty sure I have the CPU voltage manually set 1.39 or 1.4 and the temps max around 60 degrees at full load on prime95 test small fft test. I use HWmonitor to check to temps during prime95, at 65 degrees (1.41 /4.5 ghz) I get PC shutdowns (to prevent damage). 65 is the max temp, and I wouldn't recommend staying at that temp for long periods, just for longevity sake. Im usually around 55 C max with the games I play and things I do on the PC.
