Temperature doesnt go above 30 C

Hello guys I recently installed a new gpu and im getting the same fps as before but thats a seperate thing . The weird is , I use gpu and cpu monitoring software and I tried to test to see if the temperatures are the reason for the low frames but the temperatures arent going above 30 degrees. It looks like its lockeda on 30 or something the procesor is at 100% and the temperature is 30 same with the gpu and it my logic if the temperatures are so low , they are not running with Full potential , can you suggest me something because I dont know of thats a problem or not. I tried testing it with the gta v benchmark and league of legends , far cry 3 csgo , same temperature

i tried using 2 other softwares , both of them didnt even shot 30C and the processor was at 100% and barely running gta v with 30 fps ! i dont know whats going on

Seems like your cpu is bottlenecking the gpu. If your cpu is on the weaker side, and you have a strong gpu, your CPU will limit the capability of the gpu. You have to either revert your gpu or upgrade the CPU as well.

both my cpu and my gpu are staying at around 30 C its not only the gpu or the cpu

CPU: Amd apu a4-4020 3.2gzh with radeon hd graphics
GPU msi aero itz geforce gt 1030 2 GB ddr5
4 Gb Ram

Is the monitor connected to your nvidia graphics card and did you install the latest nvidia.com driver?

ill test the 3dmark when it gets downloaded and ye my montor is connected to the graphics card and i have the latest nvidia drivers !
