I was over clocking my gpu(AMD Radeon R9 270), and its temp with no overclocking on the benchmark was about 65. I don't know if you are familiar with LinusTechTips. But he did a review of my gpu and he said a to get a good overclock just move all the sliders to the max.I over clocked it like that and the benchmark temperature was 75. I am getting another fan for my case in a few days. I just wanted to know if that was a decently stable temperature? However my gpu temperature at idle is 45.

That card will run over 100c, but will age faster over 70c. if you cant get over 60c while stressing it, then that is very good and you have absolutely nothing to worry about. You would be alright to run the card at 75 if you need to until you get that extra fan which may or may not be able to take it down below 70 and extend the life of your card ^_^
