Question Temperature problems i7 4790k while playing SWTOR

I'm playing this game named SWTOR aka star wars the old republic on my computer, fps limited to 30 since I'm on intel stock fan, however temps seems a bit high to me, 49c-61c jumping up and down real fast, is this normal? should I be worried about lifespan?

If its under 80-85*C then its good.

Can't expect much more.Maybe invest in an AIO or proper air cooler.So you can oc it abit but that temps fine.My ryzen 5 2600 use to run around 70 on stock cooler.I upgraded to an AIO even thought i don't overclock.
