Question temperature spike

i Have Ryzen 7 3700x oc 4.2ghz 1.33v
with mobo x570 aorus elite
water cooling Nzxt kraken x62
my temp in idle jump from 40 to 60 and back to 40 agine
what is the problem

but isee so much people have same specs and temp idle 40 fix :/

It much depends how idle your idle is. Only reason to raise temperature is if OS or some software demand from CPU to raise frequency which of course results in temperature raise. You can check your background processes and lover minimum processor state to 5% in your power plan.

now temp reached 70 in idle :/ cpu usage 2%

Check if pump is running fast enough, set it to max and see.

fans and pump full speed and i check yt and isee stock cooler have better temp x_x
