Quick backstory:

Bought a new case
Somehow in the swap new case my old motherboard died
put everything back in old case and return it.
new motherboard is the exact same model as the previous one
made sure no overclock settings were enabled and lowered the stock voltage
temperatures now get much hotter than they did before and continuously rise during gameplay on both CPU and GPU

Specs
Case-Be Quiet Pure Base 509DX
Motherboard- MSI Pro Z690-A
PSU-Thermaltake Toughpower GF1 ARGB 850w
CPU- i9-12900k
GPU- Asus Tuf RTX 3080
Cooler- Lianli Galahad 360
Ram-Corsair vengeance lpx DDR4 32gb

right now I am testing elder ring and getting CPU tempts of 94c and higher and GPU temps of 82c with them both fluttering higher and lower but staying in the upper 80’s and 90’s

# Did you re-apply new thermal paste after change?
# Are you sure your radiator is installed properlly and has enough air flow? Make sure that CPU fan cable is connected to CPU_FAN header
# Try removing the dust filter screen on your case, and run it like that with plenty of air flow, see if it makes a difference.
# Make sure auto Fan Control is enabled in BIOS

1-yes, I applied new thermal paste.
2-yes the radiator is installed properly and has plenty of airflow
3-dust filter is regularly cleaned and has never been an issue before but I guess I can remove it
