Temps 81 degrees when gaming?

No not at all. On what cpu core temp? package temp? Or both? AMD recommends that the FX processors stay below 62c package temp slightly higher on the core but 81c is way too hot either way, you could damage the cpu at those temps. It doesn't freeze or crash all the time?

A couple of possibilities of why this is happening, most likly is your cooler is installed wrong. Also could be that you used too much or too little thermal paste, or you have like zero airflow in your case and the ambient temp of your room is really hot.

I use HWMonitor to measure the temps. http://imgur.com/rrF3cem that is the line that I see the temp. The fan is working I know that much but my computer always gets quite hot as in the case itself. I made it a year ago could thermal paste be an issue? I only get those temps when gaming like GTA V Witcher 3 Battlefield 4.

Downloading AOD, the temp for the motherboard quite a while after gaming is 39 while CPU right under it says 60. I will probably remove it some day put on some new thermal paste and clean out the fan as best as I can. I never checked the temps when I first got it I only started checking it recently.

EDIT: On AOD do I look at the Thermal Margin? That is the only thing I could find with temps. It says 20-21 degrees.

HWMonitor is unlikely to be wrong, it's widely used software. Try something else, like OCCT to confirm the high results. It is far more likely that your sensors sending bad information. 190C is mostly impossible. With faulty sensors it will be hard to know what is really going on.
