Temps too high? (MSI R9 280X)

So I assembled my build today, and after I stress tested my build with Furmark the temps reached around 90 degrees after 10 minutes.....The GPU load was 100%, but is it normal for it to reach such a high temp after such a short time, even if it was at 100% load?

This worries me a lot, because I plan to do a lot of gaming(CS:GO, Battlefield 4, Guild Wars 2). Does a GPU also run at 100% load with those games, or should I be less worried in that case about the temps?

That is a bit too warm. Getting near the throttle point. It sounds like you might have a small case with poor air flow. Or poor cable management blocking airflow.

This is a bit off topic, but is everything working fine with your 280X? Even at high temps? I had a faulty 280x and am curious to see how it performs properly ...
