Tenda Router: Can't Connect to WAN

I have a Tenda Router W316R. It's acting weirdly for the last couple of days. Whenever I'm connected to wifi using my phone it keeps getting dced from time to time. I had to switch my phone's wifi on/off to get connected again.

I can connect to WAN (broadband at home) with no problem at all. Seems like wifi's the only problem.

Then when I tried my router earlier in my office, I can connect (via my phone) using the wifi but still keeps getting dced.

So I tried to reset the router by pressing the RESET button at the back of my router. It restored from its factory settings, the problem now is when I access the TENDA Setup page
under WAN status, Connection Status , it's stuck at CONNECTING.

I tried to DISCONNECT, then re-CONNECT the button under WAN Status but it's still stuck at CONNECTING.

I can't access wifi anymore, but my phone still see it.

The lights on my wifi router seems to be working fine. The WAN light indicator blinks normally as well (while connected to my broaband).

Someone pls help. Thank u very much.

I think the answer to this lies with your ISP. When you reset the router to factory settings, you blew away the user-specific login data and only they can provide it to you on proof of entitlement. You probably set a security question with them once - let's hope for your sake you remember the answer.
