[SOLVED] teredo is permanently deactivated

When I was playing Forza I found that I couldn't connect online for some reason when I checked settings it said that teredo is unable to qualify. I troubleshot this on Microsoft's support page but nothing worked because when I checked teredo it said that teredo was disabled and offline (image of command prompt below) so when I typed in the command that Microsoft said would reenable it said this(second image below) but when I rechecked command prompt and in settings, it still couldn't connect (i tried this several times and all other Microsoft support options and 3thrd and fourth images show this)

Did you try the steps outlined in this article(from step 1)? Which version of Windows 10 are you working off of?
