Archived from groups: microsoft.public.windowsnt.terminalserver.connectivity (More info?)
Hello,
We have a windows 2003 server with 5 terminal service
licenses (per user). It works pretty good for couple of
months. However, recently one of the client computer has
trouble in connecting to the server most of the daytime
while other client computers still connecting to the
server smoothly.
The error message said the max. user account maybe
excedded. I checked on the server with TS manager when
there are only two clients connecting to the server.
I also try to ping to the server with local ip address
like 192.168.x.x. and have the response from the server.
What I have learnt from my testing are:
1) network connection is fine
2) TS account is still available for extra connection
3) client computer which has been rejected by the server
must have some trouble.
Now, I just lost. Any kindly suggestion will be
appreciated!
Thanks.
