Terrible FPS in CSGO

Hello,

I have the ASUSX555L with an

CPU: i7-5500U

GPU: 940M


Everytime I try to play CSGO the fps is staggeringly low and will drop between 40fps to single digits.

My drivers are good, and I have placed all nvidia settings onto the graphics card.


The only thing I can think of is that my display is being fed from the integrated graphics chip but when i disable it my monitor doesnt respond onto the graphics card but some weird driver afterwards. Anyone have any ideas how to fix this problem?

GT-940m isn't all that powerful so that might be the case. Lower your graphics settings if possible.
My laptop has GTX-950m and it cannot run CS:GO all that good unless I have few graphics details.
