Question Terrible fps in Vanquish with 4070ti and 12600k

Hi I have i5 12600k and RTX 4070ti, I recently installed Vanquish via steam but I am getting only 15 to 22 fps in game play, while in menu fps are good. What is the fix for it, if someone know then please help. Check this video, I am playing it at 720p with normal graphic settings but still unable to get stable fps. Pause menu is working alright.

Try run game in Windows 7 compatibility mode. Locate game executable/launcher and right click. Try compatibility to Win7 first. Then disable full screen optimisation, also an option under compatibility, if Win7 alone doesn't help.

I am afraid the performance is still the same even at lowest settings. Is there anything else I can do I already tried all the compatibility mods and related options.

Not much else sorry. Maybe try a different geforce driver and disable efficiency cores in bios making sure the game runs only on performance cores. Other than that seems it's just terribly optimised game.

Oh ya about that ....I actually set process affinity to cpu 1 and cpu 2, and set priority as high and everything works like a charm....so I guess I have to disable those stupid E-cores. Thanks man...Happy New Year in advance.
