Terrible graphics in every single game!

I've been having this issue for well over a year and I simply cannot find a solution. I have recently replaced my PSU, my RAM my CPU; and my motherboard- yet the issue still persists! It basically looks like they are all in a very low resolution but they are all 1920x1080p (the resolution of my monitor). I am sure this is not a problem with my display as it too was just replaced. All my drivers are updated, and my control panel settings are default.

When you replaced the motherboard did you do a clean install of Windows?

That's more then likely your issue. Since you didn't do a clean install you probably have conflicting motherboard drivers causing this issue. I would highly suggest doing the clean install of Windows, downloading the newest drivers for the motherboard and GPU, then trying your games again. The difference should be quite noticeable.

And maybe it's just me but the graphics in your screenshot don't look that bad, textures are clear, water is properly reflected and distance lands are foggy due to the clouds.
