Question Test CPU without GPU?

Hello

Is it ok to stress test cpu without having a gpu? my system is shutting down / not booting and i want to know if there is any issue with cpu. I can't pin point what is causing it , could it be the motherboard? how to make sure if its not cpu and something to do with ram / PSU ?

It depends - what exact model CPU do you have? Some have an iGPU and can run without a dedicated graphics card, others don't.

full set up , i have taken the gpu out for time being to figure out why my pc is rebooting , Not booting at all etc

Could it be the motherboard? its not a new motherboard and without gpu its booting but i had a random 'reboot' of system , Also the Fans seem to be running 1100 RPM even tho i set them to 35% bellow 50c and make a lot of noise
