This stand has included that feature since late 2015, but if it's older than that, then the individual heights would unfortunately not be adjustable. We do have other mounts now that offer full freedom of movement for each monitor, such as STAND-V002O. Would a mount like that work for you? I'd put in a link, but I don't want to break any forum rules. :)

Try to measure the monitors with a level and a tape measure. If you already had them mounted to a dual monitor vesa mount and they aren't lining up, either one is misshapen or the bezel/frame has been bent.

The monitors themselves are probably fine, but I have seen cases where the base and support post didn't hold it perfectly level. 1 or 2 degrees may not be noticeable at first, but it's enough to cause a difference of 1/4" to 1/2" when the monitors are sitting next to each other.

We're sorry the dual monitor stand you tried before wasn't holding the monitors level! The brackets do have 0.4" of individual height correction as well as free 360 degree rotation. Did it not hold the monitors right even after using these adjustments?

The stand should've included a small Allen wrench for making the adjustment. To do it, you remove the cap nut holding the mounting plate onto the end of the arm, and then use the small Allen wrench to turn the screw underneath. That will lift the monitor as much as 0.4 inches to line up with the other one. In our manual, the process is shown in part 2 of Step 5: https://cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/1190/2562/files/STAND-V002_-_Online.pdf?1758742857927988857

That's alright, we understand that our mounts may not work for everyone. If you do decide to try one of our other models, we hope it works well for you!
