[SOLVED] Texture and shadow lod jagged edges and shimmering in games

Hi everyone I’ve been struggling to find a solution to this problem I’m having whenever I’m playing a game it’s blurry are all jagged at a distance and on some games ie gta v warzone Cold War ect shadows and textures pop up when I’m near textures are fine but at a reasonable distance they are plain textures but go detailed when I’m close please help

my specs are Ryzen 5 3600
Gigabyte rtx 2060 6gb
3200 Corsair vengeance ram 16gb ddr4
Mp10 m.2 nvme
2tb hdd
Corsair hydro h100 cooler
Aurous b450 elite

Usual troubleshooting first. Downgrade your graphics driver. Use the previous version and see if that helps.

Also, Cold War / Warzone has some notoriously horrible visual issues. Most noticeably the text is rendered a low resolution.
