Texture pop in ,,,while playing games

I am having texture suddenly pop in. During playing games like black ops2(worst) , crysis 3 , saint rows the third (worst)...
Is there any fix to it
Gtx 650 ti 2 gb
Fx 6100
970ads3 motherboard
8gb DDR 3

might be. Your graphics card might be under more load when playing Black Ops 2 so it surges more power, but 18A on 12V rail i dont think even meets the requirements for the GTX 650

GTX 650 Ti needs 20A minimum on 12V rail and 400W minimum PSU

you are under the minimum requirements. get a Corsair 600W or 550W whatever you would like. I recommend 48A on the 12V rail. CX 600W has 46A on 12V rail and is able to SLI 2xGTX 660 SC

im not sure if 2A makes a difference, but I bet running on minimum requirements or less will eat away performance and over time might damage the GPU

when you upgrade, and get the new one installed tell me how it runs. i was running a GTX 660 on a 480W PSU and i upgraded to a 600W PSU and my performance boosted alot. and btw, your PSU powers all the components in your Computer so you could be stressing it alot with the GTX 650 TI
