Having pulled my hair out (and i don't have much to pull) trying to load Win 7 from USB i finally fell upon this forum. And thank god i did. Changing from USB3 to USB2 solved the problem in the blink of an eye. Only took me 3 days to figure that out. I salute you very clever people out there.

Lol yea thats why all computers still come with USB 2.0 because windows 7 does not support 3.0 w/o updates
