The 1200$ 1080p Dream

Hello everybody I want to buy a PC for around 1200$ and I have put together a build but I'm not sure it's okay. Any help would be awesome.
I don't want to overclock and I only need to buy a monitor not peripherals. I'm not sure about the PSU and the case. Have a nice day!

Looks pretty good. But the GTX 1070 is complete overkill for 1080p 60Hz gaming. Save some money and get a GTX 1060 or an RX 480.

Yeah I know that the 1070 it's a bit too much but I want to upgrade as little as possible plus I want to be at ultra settings 60fps for as long as possible. On top of that I'm kinda retarted and I can't really see 50 instead of 60. I know I know.
