I think he meant i7-4940MX, maybe...

Well the CPU on new Alienware (and MSI/Asus) laptops are soldered so you can't have anthe 4940MX or 4930MX extreme Haswell CPUs. And I don't see any extreme Haswell soldered laptop CPUs.

Does this 18" SLI GPU laptop have the Alienware Graphics Amplifier -> external desktop GPU solution?
I hope this laptop doesn't come with an undersized AC adapter like the 17 R2 2015 laptop have (180 watts, have to ask them to get a 240w). Not to mention, the CPU staying heavily throttled to around 800MHZ (I think) once you resume from sleep mode! That was resolved in a BIOS patch after some time of mass complaints. The description for the BIOS update is "1.Fix CPU haven't turbo frequency after S3 resume." <-- Alienware needs to also spend more time making complete sentences on IMPORTANT BIOS updates.
