Hi, I am building a PC with Fully used parts does anyone know a Processor under 30$ used that wont bottleneck the 1060 3gb

Do you already have a motherboard or RAM yet? If so, what are they? You will really struggle to find one for $30, but maybe look into an FX8XXX CPU, for AM3+motherboards.

No I do not. $30 is not near enough for a used CPU that wont hold back a 1060 in anything.

$30 will get you a fan to cool the cpu, it’s not going to buy a cpu capable of keeping up with a 1060. This is the wrong approach, normally you start with a total budget and list of parts you need, then pick parts that complement each other for that given budget.

Oh Ok Im Building A Super Budget PC For Around 240$ in used parts and i just need a cheap processor that can hold up the 1060. Also keep in mind the processor can be used.

Your best bet would be to buy one of those old dell/hp/other ex-office pre-builts. Get one with an i5 and 8GB RAM, then just put the 1060 into it.
