The BEST Gaming Computer for the Price

Please note: I am from Canada, so all prices are from Newegg Canada and NCIX.ca

So after hours a week for a while now I have been looking around for the best deal for me, and this is what I have came up with.
Do you guys agree that this will be the best for me? I am using the computer for gaming but I am on a tight budget and DO NOT want the price going up any more than it already has 😉. I will use the computer for playing games like League of Legends, Battlefield 3, and hopefully any new games that are coming out, on high frames and graphical settings.

PS. I have a monitor, OS, mouse and keyboard etc already.

well of course everyone would like the best for their money. I mean who would want to spend $670 on a crappy computer when they can get a good one.

Anyways, this is a pretty solid build. It will play BF3 on ultra with no problems and i dont think LoL is that intense on specs so you can max that out too.

looks good, but you wont see a difference in 1866 ram over 1600. You're still getting it at a good price so it really doesn't matter though...

Honestly, I might spend the extra $50 and get the FX-8350... Eight-core processors are great for rendering, as well as planning ahead for the future when games can really utilize eight cores. My friend has the 8350, and it works great for him.

But if you're gonna put in another 50$, you might as well get intel... They are better for gaming because no games today use hyperthreading so 8-cores is pointless. Look at benchmarks...

However, getting an eight-core is essentially future-proofing your computer. Although most games TODAY do not utilize all eight cores, soon a=enough there will be, and an eight core processor would finally be properly put to use.

I completely agree, and I personally have a quad-core i7 in my system. I was just speaking about the upgradability. If @OP plans to never upgrade, then perhaps an eight-core would be best. If they aren't sure, then a quad-core i5 or i7 might be the better choice.

Yea if he doesn't plan to upgrade the 8350 would be the way to go for sure. Considering the budget though he should go amd- either the 6350 or 8350 because an i5 would be stretching the budget and an i7 just cound't fit...

I am really not interested in bringing the price higher right now, and am satisfied with the 6300. I really want to keep the price nearest to 650. And yes, I likely will upgrade in the future.
