The Best GTX 560 Ti

What's the best GTX 560 Ti for <$240? I have been looking at the MSI Twin Frozr II but pro reviews say that it is about 7-8 dB louder than the stock fan. I want a quiet GPU at loud while not sacrificing overclocking performance. Thanks.

Sam the twin frozer is likely the best in that price range. If it is louder it deffinately has better cooling. Im not sure where you are but in canada the 560ti DCU2 is under 240 and is among the best for overclocking and quiestest available
