I've been using the Dell for six months now, and am very pleased with it (actually delighted). But don't know how it compares to the others you've listed. Videos look great and the games I play don't cause any issues. I do keep the monitor more than two feet away from my face.

Personally I think that this is a fantastic monitor. I have a 24" version and playing games is fantastic on it, will hopefully get a second edition soon. It is a good quality monitor as it is manufactured by BenQ, it is LED which means the backlight will produce truer colours, and it is a lovely thin, smart monitor with a native resolution of 1920x1080, plus 4ms response time which is very good. You also get a two year warranty with it. I think the refresh rate is 60Hz which to me is fine but if you are a hardcore gamer and like vsync turned on then this may not be the monitor for you, but I don't know a lot of people who use the vsnc in-game option.
