If you're buying the 4690 used and getting a good deal on it then that's great, but otherwise go for the newest platform and get a 6500 or 6600k. The RAM you currently have is fine for either platform, your RAM speed isn't limiting your performance; you'll literally get the same framerates running 1600mhz ram it doesn't matter for games.
Pretty much any 990fx board would be good, but I might use this opportunity to upgrade to intel if I were you, the AM3+ platform is pretty much dead. If you absolutely have to get an AM3 motherboard I'd get something like this.

https://www.amazon.com/Gigabyte-Type-C-Motherboards-GA-990FXA-UD3-Ultra/dp/B00JPRKEH8/ref=sr_1_9?ie=UTF8&qid=1475714844&sr=8-9&keywords=990fx

Also, getting support for 2400 MHz RAM is not a good reason to spend an extra $100 on a motherboard, the performance gain will be minimal. Just get something that supports 2000 MHz and, if it doesn't support 2400MHz OC, which is unlikely, just tighten the timings on your RAM and you're get virtually the same performance.
