The best simulator racing game in pc?

Whats the best simulator racing game in pc right now? take not of "simulator" (like Gran Turismo in playstation) as i dont like arcade-ish racing games like fast and the furious.

Live For Speed... cant get more real then that on the PC... though GTR evo and a few of its friends are also fun to play...
