The best web browser

So I am building a new pc and I really only every used IE and chrome. I heard of a couple others, but what do you guys think is the fastest/best browser. I looking for both speed on functionality like chrome's extensions.

Chrome IMO (Everyone will have a different opinion)

I have to say try them all and see which one has the best all around functionality for your needs.
