The E1-2500 was released in 2013. It was weak and slow then, 3 years ago, and it's even weaker and slower now. As mentioned, the fact that you just bought the unit has absolutely ZERO relevance as to it's capabilities and performance. I could buy a brand new, unused Pentium 4 from somebody who's had it sitting on a warehouse shelf for the last 15 years, that doesn't mean it's going to be capable of anything on modern software.
The unit you have is worthless for anything more than browsing the internet and running office applications, and I don't mean at the same time or with a lot of multiple browser tabs open. I'm very sorry for the fact that you didn't get what you thought you were buying, but what you have isn't much better, and is in fact worse, than the majority of phones available currently. Even most phones and tablets currently being sold have a faster processor with two more cores than what that thing has.
