The Division Issue

I'm having an issue with my game. It takes up to a minute or more for some areas to load/render, and it also takes up to a minute for my guns to load in my overview menu. I was wondering what settings I'd edit, or what other methods I could use to fix this problem because it's incredibly distracting has affected gameplay incredibly frequently. Thanks

Do you have a ssd? Can you put the game on said SSD? This is where they make a massive difference
