The exact time of release for the GTX 1060

This might be a silly one but does anyone have an idea at what time the GTX 1060 will be released? I know the date OFC but i really cant afford to miss out on the first wave and then wait another 2 weeks. If i was to buy the card at my local retailer (RX 480 8GB costs 319€ there) it wouldn't be an issue since i could preorder but Im planning on buying the card from newegg and not wasting my money.

maybe you could standby on newegg on 19 july 00:01 if you're really don't want to miss out
or maybe you could wait a day or two, see the benchmark of 1060 vs rx 480 then decide which one you'll take

Actually I have read that they are ramping up supply of the GTX 1060 to hopefully avoid some of the problems with availability that we've seen with the other Pascal cards.
