So my MSI GT72 6QE Dominator Pro G has been acting up since I bought it about a month ago. Every single time I start the computer, everything seems normal until after I login. The desktop pulls up and about 30 seconds to a minute later, the fan stops spinning, the screen goes black and the computer shuts off 2 seconds later. The title is the exact error that I managed to get a picture of out of the hundreds of times I've restarted this thing. Going into my Event Viewer I managed to see what was acting up and this was the exact message:

Application: SCM.exe
Framework Version: v4.0.30319
Description: The process was terminated due to an unhandled exception.

If anyone has any idea how to fix this I will be extremely grateful. I spent almost $2,000 on this and where I live, its hard to receive packages, much less send things back. So consider the fact that I can't send it back before you try and tell me this. If you have any ideas, PLEASE tell me, I'm literally desperate.

Solution
I realize your situation but If I spent $2g's on a laptop that was screwed up on day 1 my first phonecall would be to the manufacturer or seller because you have a warranty and a return policy. It may well (and likely) be a faulty part, so why beat around the bush.
