The Forum Button is Missing

The forum button "randomly*" disappears. See:

It seems the problems lie in that if you cannot get the browser window past 1280 pixels wide the forum button will be gone. But there are many monitors that just isn't even 1280 pixel wide. Heck I got a 1080P screen that I use in the vertical orientation, and it is only 1080 pixels wide. There is no way to click the forum button. And there all that wasted whitespace that comes after the Deals button. What is up with this?

There used to be user-related things on the right so this was probably done to make space for it, but they're no longer there. I'm not sure if there are plans to bring them back later.
