Question the graphics card does not provide an image

Hello

I bought new motherboard and reinstall windows, graphic card does not provide picture on screen after this,
sometimes after 15min when graphic card get some temperature it show me picture so i can enter bios, but windows won"t start, is there any problem or solution if u already see problem like this?
i"ll be gratefull if u can help me.
