It is not so much the card these days but the monitor. Just google g-sync monitors.

i know u need a g sync monitor for that,but the card need to support it too right?

Gsync hardware is in the monitor itself, not the card. I believe compatibility for all nvidia cards goes back several generations to like the 4xx series at least.

I'm using a 1440p gsync monitor at 144hz and I will never not use adaptive refresh rate ever again.

Any GPU newer than a 650ti boost (super old/slow gpu) supports gsync.
