[SOLVED] The IC next to the PCI-E slot almost detach (Asus X570 CH VIII hero wifi)

Looks like the connector of the IC is still touching the bottom (shown in the attached image), and computer looks fine, 3 hrs of 3D mark loop without crash.
Should I sent it for repair or just leave it?

Yes, and I have made the arrow closer to the solder pad. Half of the pad is gone already.
With three leads it looks like a transistor. It also looks like a location right beside it has had a transistor completely knocked off. You can tell from the three light shaded pads but no black rectangle in the middle of the white outline that's an indicator that a part should go there.

It might be kinda hard to find what function those parts relate to. Might be a fan header doesn't work, or some RGB. Maybe some of the lanes on the PCIe slot don't work.

A zoomed out photo to see what else is there might help narrow things down.
