The ieee (FireWire) cabel

Hi guys i am building my very first gaming pc and i have a question . Do all the cases must have an firewire cabel couse mine appears not to have one . I am using an k380 cooler master case and gigabyte ga x58 ud7 motherboard.

The "vcc,D-,D+,Gnd,Gnd" cable is the front USB cable. They are just warning you not to plug it into the motherboard socket labeled "F_1394", even though it does fit, the wiring is different.

I know but it says on the motherboard that if I plug into the USB port it might damage the motherboard. I also had a cable coming out of the case with vcc,D-,D+,Gnd,Gnd written on it so I doubt it because i don’t know what that is and where to plug it.

Ok cool . So what I need to do now is to plug it in any USB input on the mother board. Right?

Yes, you should have two USB 2.0 sockets.
