The Last PSU Screw...

The prime mediocre

Hi everyone, I'm trying to mount a Corsair CX430 in a Fractal Design Core 1000. The PSU slots in fine and ends up where it should be, but the upper left screw hole is 1-2mm too low on the case. Does anyone know what to do about this? Should I drill/ chisel for that extra mm, or just mount it with three screws? Thanks in advance.

I'll add a picture as soon as I can.

I might try drilling out the existing hole with a slightly larger drill. That should loosen things up.

Yes, just make a little bit more room for the screw by removing a bit of metal on the case so you can get the last one in.
Really, though, three screws are sufficient.
Sometimes, you can get the psu mounted if you do not tighten all the screws until after you have all 4 threaded.

Cool, sounds good. what would you recommend using to do that? I've got tools, I just want to make sure I don't damage the case or somehow chip off a ton of paint.
