The longer I play my game the less frames I get.

Most of my games don't have this problem. But my favorite game 'Unturned' seems to loose frames the longer I play it. I even tried speeding up the fan and keeping it below 50 degree's but it still lost some frames. I thought it was the temperature so I was going to buy a case but I don't know if that's the issue.

GPU: GTX 950
AMD A8-6500 APU with Radeon(tm) HD Graphics
8.00 GB RAM
1920 x 1080, 60Hz
Driver Version 372.70
 
Solution
Since it only happens in that game, and considering that it is not a graphically intense game, I would guess that it gradually spawns more objects as you play and it gets to a point that your PC cannot handle it. Check your CPU and RAM usage while your playing and getting lag.

Solution

I play on max settings, and it can be harsh on GPU's on max settings. Although no matter where I am, in a large city or in a empty field but framerate will not rise. This only happens to me, not my friends that a play with

As long as they're both <80 degrees Celsius, you should be alright. It's about whether they're hitting their maximum safe operating temperature and under-clocking.
