Yeah the price is ridiculous. If I did upgrade to Skylake (not likely but if it happens) I would either go for that motherboard or I would go for the Gigabyte GA-Z170-Gaming 7 or the EVGA Z170 FTW. Those would be my alternate choices.

32 bit Windows usually sees 4GB as 3.25GB installed.
You have 2 x 2GB sticks installed? Just got a new video card as well and no other hardware changes right?
Start by clearing CMOS. If that doesn't work use memtest to verify you don't have a dead stick.

It is http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=9SIA67S3597412 with my short review on 5/20/2012; so they've been running flawlessly for over three years now. There appears to be a similar product, http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16833124482 but that one is enough cheaper that I suspect it may not be as good; perhaps mine comes from before Belkin bought Linksys, and the cheap ones after? If so, I would NOT buy the cheaper ones.

There was also an Audi(a8, wasn't paying attention) that had blacked RIMs and the red parts of the performance thing were black as well. The exhaust tips.... So large... Ruined it... The rims were something not stock

Minion updated to Win10 yesterday evening. I turned off all the "report to Microsoft" stuff, and I don't use a Microsoft account. I will review the RPS article to make sure I've turned off any other spying as well.
I'm going to try to finish testing on two boards this weekend (parts of both are done) and write up at least one of them.
Newegg has a MSI GTX750Ti for $110; $90 if you play the rebate game (and win).
