"The memory could not be read" error every time I close a specific game

Everytime I close For Honor, I receive the error shown below. I have no idea why I get that. I didn't have it couple of days ago but for 2 days now, I keep on getting it. Anybody knows whats wrong?

And you only get this error when closing this one game and nothing else? No other errors are popping up? Can you list your config it will give us a better idea what you've got going on.

Exactly the reason I wonder why it is happening. As for your request, can you clarify what you mean by configurations? Do you mean my system specs?

Yes, the basics.... Motherboard Model, CPU, CPU Cooler, RAM, Storage, VGA card..., brand & model #s please.
